How long does delivery take?

Most builds ship within 5–7 working days of payment, but we will always aim to get your order to you quicker than that. That covers sourcing, hand-assembly, cable management, and our 24-hour stress test. Once dispatched, insured UK shipping typically takes 1–2 working days. You'll get tracking the moment your build leaves the workshop, and you can follow progress any time from the Track Order page.

What warranty do I get?

Every CraftCore build comes with a 2-year parts-and-labour warranty covering manufacturing defects and assembly. Individual components may carry longer manufacturer warranties on top of ours. The warranty is return-to-base — if anything fails, we'll repair or replace it and cover the shipping both ways within the UK.

Absolutely. We build with future upgrades in mind — standard sockets, sensibly sized cases, and PSUs with headroom. You can bring your PC back to us for an upgrade any time (parts + labour charged at the time), or swap components yourself (doing it yourself will affect the 2 year warranty as per our T&C's). Just keep an eye on socket compatibility and wattage; our builder's compatibility engine checks both automatically if you design your next build with us.

Can I choose every component?

Yes. The PC Build Wizard lets you pick every single part — case, CPU, motherboard, memory, graphics, storage, PSU, cooling and OS — with live compatibility checks so nothing clashes. Prefer a starting point? Use the guided mode to set a budget and use case, and we'll suggest a compatible build you can then tweak part-by-part.

By default we don't overclock — every build is run at safe, stable manufacturer spec so your warranty and thermals stay intact. If you'd like a light, stable tune applied (for gaming or benchmarking), add a note to your order or open a support ticket and we'll discuss options. Any overclocking is done carefully and at your own risk.

What happens if something goes wrong?

Open a support ticket from your account and our team will triage it. Most issues we can solve remotely; if not, you'll return the build for warranty repair or replacement under our 2-year cover. We'll keep you updated at every stage and won't charge for shipping within the UK on warranty work. Your order page shows the full status and history so you're never in the dark.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

Unfortunately, no, we do not offer shipping outside of the UK. This is something that is being kept under review.

Do you charge shipping costs?

No! All of our builds are shipped free of charge through mainstream couriers with full tracking and insurance. You will be provided with tracking information as soon as the delivery is booked.
